The company announced on Sunday, July 12, that access to Claude Fable 5 for paid subscribers will now continue until July 19, 2026. Who Is Eligible for the Extended Access
The extended promotion covers subscribers on Claude Pro, Claude Max, and Claude Team plans. Premium seats on seat-based Enterprise plans are also included, provided the organisation has enabled access.

A Deadline That Keeps Moving
Anthropic originally planned to offer Fable 5 through its Pro, Max, Team, and premium Enterprise subscriptions only until July 7. After that date, users who wanted to keep working with the model were expected to pay for additional usage credits.
The July 7 cutoff was first pushed to July 12. Now, with the latest announcement, the promotion is set to run through July 19, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time, according to a support document from the company.
